FAMILY FUSION CAMP – TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Exclusive Participation
- This camp is strictly for families (parents/guardians with children).
- Community groups, parent–child groups, and extended families are welcome.
- Bachelors and spinsters are not permitted to register individually or as a group.
2. Family-Only Environment
- The camp is designed to promote family bonding; therefore, only family units with children can participate.
- Registrations without children will not be accepted.
3. Strict No-Alcohol Policy
- Alcohol, cigarettes, tobacco, or any intoxicants are strictly prohibited at the campsite.
- Anyone found violating this will be asked to leave immediately without refund.
4. Code of Conduct
- All participants must maintain discipline, follow instructions, and respect other families.
- Any behaviour that disturbs the safety or comfort of others will result in removal from the camp.
5. Safety & Activity Participation
- All adventure activities are conducted under professional supervision.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for their children at all times.
- Participants must follow safety guidelines and wear protective gear where required.
6. Digital Detox Expectation
- Families are encouraged to minimize screen use to promote bonding and engagement.
- Phones may be carried but should be used only when necessary.
7. Camp Timings & Attendance
- Participants are expected to arrive on time and stay for the full duration of the camp. Camp timings are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 AM (next day)
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 5 days prior will receive 50 % refund.
- No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
9. Health & Medical Conditions
- Any medical conditions or allergies must be disclosed during registration.
- Families should carry personal medication if required.
10. Liability Waiver
- While all safety precautions are taken, participants attend at their own risk and must sign the consent form provided.
11. Weather & Program Changes
- Organisers reserve the right to modify the schedule or activities in case of weather or safety concerns.
12. Photography & Media
- Photos and videos will be taken during the camp may be used for promotional purposes unless a family opts out in writing.
13. Cleanliness & Environment
- Families must help maintain cleanliness and respect nature.
- Littering is strictly prohibited.

CONSENT
- I hereby consent to participate in the Family Fusion Camp along with my family and agree to follow all guidelines and instructions provided by the organisers.
- I understand that the camp includes outdoor and adventure activities, and I voluntarily allow my family and children to take part in them under the supervision of trained instructors.
- I acknowledge that while all safety measures will be taken, I am responsible for the safety and supervision of my children throughout the camp.
- I agree to ensure that my family follows all safety rules and behaves responsibly.
- I confirm that I have disclosed all relevant medical conditions of myself and my family members.
- In case of any medical emergency, I authorize the organisers to provide necessary first aid and arrange further medical assistance if required.
- I understand that participation in outdoor activities involves certain risks, and I will not hold the organisers responsible for any accidental injuries, loss of belongings, or unforeseen events beyond their control.
- I agree to abide by the camp’s strict no-alcohol and no-intoxicants policy, and understand that violation may lead to immediate removal from the camp without refund.
- I acknowledge that the camp encourages minimal use of phones and screens to promote bonding and will cooperate with this guideline.
- I permit the organisers to use photographs and videos taken during the camp for documentation and promotional purposes, unless I explicitly opt out in writing.
- I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms, rules, and policies of the Family Fusion Camp.
